The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their company in Eveleigh, NSW, with the potential to EARN a Generous Salary Package, Negotiable Based on Experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for clients and offer administration assistance to the team.  

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Answering incoming phone calls and direct the relevant person
  • Be the first and only point of contact for clients 
  • Respond to emails and pass on messages  
  • Assist the sales team with general administration duties 
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years administration/ reception experience and be confident handling clients expectations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and be client focused.
