Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant/Word Processor to join their company in Melbourne CBD, for a 12-month maternity cover contract with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right candidate. You will have the potential to earn a fantastic salary + superannuation, negotiable on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the business units and deliver great internal customer service.
Reporting to the Directors some of your responsibilities include:
- Create letters and documents via the firm's document management system
- Generate letters and documents from drafts and previous versions
- Formatting documents following the firm's style guide
- Proofread completed work for spelling, punctuation and formatting error
- Be rostered to relieve reception/switchboard for lunch breaks etc as required
To be successful in this role you will have previous reception/administrative experience, ideally in an accounting or legal office environment. Additionally, advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is required for this position.
This position would suit someone with excellent communication ability, a high level of attention to detail and a professional attitude.
