The Opportunity


We are assisting our client in uncovering a talented Office Administrator to join their company with the option of working in either the Sydney CBD or Hills District, NSW, with the potential to earn an exemplary package, commensurate with experience.

Our client runs a fast paced operation and requires assistance with the following duties to ensure the ongoing success of the team and the business:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, appointments and events
  • Assisting with the generation of reports
  • Providing quality customer service

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years experience in an administrative role and have advanced Microsoft Office skills.  You must also have excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).

This position would suit someone who is driven and motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
