Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administration Assistant to join their company in Parramatta, NSW, with the potential to earn $66,000 pa (Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Superannuation)
Reporting directly to General Manager some of your responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily site allocations and liaising with available candidates
- Fielding any questions, comments or requests from the workforce
- Working with administration team in weekly management of workforce
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an office environment ideally in sales and/or HR. Additionally, candidates must have Microsoft Office skills in excel and outlook to be proficient in this role.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be organised and processed driven and be mature minded to thrive in this role.
Additionally, candidates must be available to attend to mobile calls outside standard business hours to be considered for this position.
