The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Technical Customer Advocate to join their company in Melbourne, VIC with the potential to earn a negotiable salary ($55,000pa-$70,000pa) determined by experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to take responsibility for incoming calls and e-mails from customers that are looking for help and information about our client's products.

Reporting directly to the French Head Office some of your responsibilities include:


  • Diagnose and fix the general and specific problems relating to their web hosting service 
  • Quickly identifying the type of prospective customer in order to provide adequate responses 
  • Identifying the appropriate solution to respond to the prospective customer's expectations 
  • Follow all internal training necessary for developing and sustaining an advanced knowledge of products, technologies, and sales strategies 
  • Maintain our client's image as a company with strong expertise and excellent customer support

To be successful in this role you will have a Higher Diploma or Degree in IT and 2+ year experience in customer support for technical products. You must have skills and experience in Linux & VMware. Candidates should also have good knowledge of the cloud product.
