Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their company in Mitcham, VIC, with the potential to earn the award hourly rate. Hours are between 12 - 38 hours per week, with possible Saturday morning hours.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide general customer service and administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the office.
Reporting directly to the Practice Directors, some of your responsibilities include:
Previous administrative experience is not necessary, however, any previous work experience would be looked upon favorably. A high level of computer literacy would be beneficial for this position.
Someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management abilities and a high level of organisation would be ideal, however, key to this role is that you are conscientious, reliable and willing to learn.
