The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an Office Administration to join their company in Moorabbin, VIC, with the potential to earn up to $66,000 pa ($24-$28 p/h + Super).

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager & Director some of your responsibilities include:

  • Managing Fleetmatics alongside the Maintenance Manager
  • Coordinating Maintenance enquiries
  • General office duties (filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing, scanning, printing of plans)
  • Drafting and amending documents, including producing quotes, reports, invoices, service cards
  • Booking couriers
  • Ordering of materials & monitoring stock levels
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of four years experience, and it would be advantageous to have worked within in the construction industry. Additionally, you must have outstanding knowledge in MS Office and experience using Fleetmatics would be beneficial for this position.
