Our client is an award-winning landscape design company based in Seven Hills with projecst across Sydney. They have been trading since 2000 and have developed an enviable reputation and strong client base. Our client offers the full spectrum of hard and soft landscaping services including, retaining walls, driveways, irrigation, decks, pergolas, pool surrounds, fencing, lighting, water features, plant selection, and more.
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their company in Seven Hills, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $65,000 per annum pro rata (salary $50-65,000 inclusive of super). This position can be available as Permanent Part Time, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week. Ideally, you would be able to work 6 hours per day and these can be within school drop off/pick up times.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the day to day running of the office and all bookkeeping/accounting functions.
Reporting to the Managing Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Financial reporting, BAS statements, reconciliations and debt collection
- Keeping MYOB up to date
- General office management, liaising with internal and external clients
- Fleet management and maintenance
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years experience in a similar position and over 3 years of using MYOB.
This position would suit someone who has strong communication skills and is capable of using a variety of technology.
