Our client is one of Sydney's most trusted and experienced dry cleaning and laundry service companies. Providing a range of services and superior customer service ensures they are the dry cleaner of choice for the Potts Point area.

The Opportunity


Our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their company in Potts Point, NSW, with the potential to earn $22.50 per hour during weekdays and $29 per hour on weekends plus superannuation. 

The business trading hours are between 7am to 8pm Monday-Sunday. This is a full-time role for approximately 38 hours per week. A degree of flexibility will be required with shifts.

Reporting directly to the Laundry Manager some of your responsibilities include:


  • Processing all customer orders and sales
  • Handling cash and eftpos transactions
  • Marking, sorting and packing the clothes orders
  • Operating washing machines and dryers
  • Carrying out general housekeeping as required

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service role and have a solid work history. 

This role would suit someone who is friendly, enjoys interacting with customers and has great attention to detail.
