Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant/Reception to join their company in Brendale, QLD, with the potential to earn $50,000 per annum package ($40,000 - $45,000 per annum + superannuation).
The primary purpose of this position is to provide general administrative support and reception to the company.
Reporting directly to the Owners some of your responsibilities include:
- Answering & directing incoming calls
- Managing the calendar of Directors and the voicemail of the company
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and report running, reviewing and directing incoming calls, enquiries and emails
- Collating and processing new sales paperwork (if required as overflow)
- Data entry into various systems and organising stationary as required
To be successful in this role any relevant experience in a similar position would be highly beneficial. You will have experience using accounting software, a high level of computer literacy and be able to type at least 60WPM.
Candidates who have a high attention to detail, work well within a team and can multitask will excel in this position.
