Our client is seeking an Administrator / Coordinator to join their company in the Sydney CBD, with the potential to earn $68,000 pro rata (Negotiable Hourly Rate $30 + Super).
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that contractors (Quantity Surveyors) visit clients in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will have significant administration experience in a fast paced environment. You must be detail focussed, have excellent time management skills and have the ability to develop strong relationships.
It would be highly beneficial if you have experience in a similar role that involves dealing with many people/contractors. A Property Manager, someone with rostering experience, or an individual that has managed the project workloads within a contracting business would be ideal for this role.
