The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their company based in Canberra to work from home with the potential to earn up to $50,000 Pro Rata + commissions + superannuation + car allowance + phone + iPad + laptop + internet connection & printer and other tools for your home office.
The primary purpose of this position is to conduct business-to-business product consultations for specification of Australian designed furniture and lighting, onto Architectural and interior design projects.
Reporting directly to the Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Contacting existing client base along with developing new clients and relationships
- Maintaining appointments with an existing database
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge
To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years experience in sales, preferably within the Architectural and Interior Design industry. You will have a current drivers licence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additionally, any B2B sales experience, a Degree in Interiors or Architecture and/or any experience using CRM systems and quoting inventory would be beneficial for this position.Candidates who have the ability to think on their feet, work autonomously and as part of a team within a high-pressure environment will excel in this position!
