The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Building Supervisor to join their company in Hervey Bay, QLD with the potential to earn $80,000 per annum + superannuation + a fully maintained work vehicle + opportunities for overtime.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of experienced installers and labourers to produce high quality products.
Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities include:
- Liaise with contractors on a regular basis
- Arrange required products for the team
- Provide excellent service to all customers
- Coordinate jobs and assist with the labour
- Train, motivate and lead a small team
To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Residential Building Supervisor. Additionally, you must also have leadership experience including mentoring and training a small team.
Candidates are required to have a current drivers licence and it would be advantageous to hold a Certificate IV / Diploma in Building and Construction.
This position would suit a hands-on leader who is looking to take the next step in their career.
