The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a General Manager to coordinate the Spa & Clinic and it's staff in South Melbourne, VIC

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure that all processes run smoothly. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the spa staff and their rosters to cater for peak demands and through online bookings
  • Manage the financial details of all aspects of the Retreat so a strong knowledge of excel and
    bookkeeping and financial systems and logistics is beneficial
  • Liaise with clients and manage their bookings 
  • Focus at achieving financial targets with high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Head Therapist and Reception team report directly to you
  • Establish and maintain the spa's social media presence 
  • Coordinate bookings over the phone & online with reception staff
  • Ensure the spa is operating to full capacityAbout You

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a high level of computer literacy and be competent with MS Excel and a high level of financial skills. This position would suit a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Coordinator (Bookings, dispatch, rostering etc.), Hotel Front Office Manager & Bookings Manager.

Candidates are also required to have leadership skills and the ability to contribute to the company's overall profitability. 

This position would suit someone with exceptional organisation and communication skills that is able to work effectively in a fast paced environment whilst exceeding targets.
