About The Opportunity

They are now looking for an HR Administrator to join their company in The Hills District with the potential to earn up to $70,000 per annum | Salary Negotiable Based on Experience.

You will be responsible for a broad range of HR & related administrative tasks whilst contributing to make the company a better place to work.

Reporting directly to the HR & Administration Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on all Policies and Procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by drafting job descriptions, posting ads and coordinating the hiring process
  • Oversee effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Support field staff statewide

The successful candidate will have

  • Proven experience in an HR Administration/Support role 
  • An understanding of HR functions eg. training & development, pay, recruitment etc. 
  • An understanding of Australian labour laws and disciplinary procedures  
  • A relevant qualification and proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Xero (payroll setup) or Simpro (job system) would be ideal but not essential
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

This position would suit a passionate HR Professional with strong ethics, reliability and outstanding organisational skills.
