About The Company 


Our client was originally established in Bathurst by the Bishop and Trustees of the Catholic Diocese to provide a range of social welfare services. They have a team of professionals providing a range of services to promote the psychological and emotional well-being of individuals, adults, children, and families. They are opening a new OSHC Centre in Orange. 

About The Opportunity

They are now looking for an OSHC Centre Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator to join their company in Orange, NSW, with the potential to earn an hourly rate + Super + Annual Leave Loading + Split shift allowance.

As the Centre Coordinator, the primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the day to day operations of the centre compliance, and adhering to all policies and procedures. This role includes administrative duties, staff rostering, continual support and mentoring of staff. 

As an Assitant Coordinator, you will assist the Coordinator in the day to day operations of the centre. 

About You 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience as an OSHC Centre Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator.

Additionally, you will have the following:

  • Current child protection certificate. 
  • A tertiary qualification in early childhood or OOSH.
  • A current paid working with children check clearance number;
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates, or HLTAID004 Childcare First Aid. 

This position would suit someone who has strong communication skills and is willing to work within the Catholic ethos.
