About The Opportunity

They are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join their company in Newmarket, Auckland with the potential to earn an hourly rate of $26 in a Part-Time position. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Awareness and Advocacy Team and ensuring efficient administration systems are in place in the Auckland office. You will also be responsible for maintaining stationery and other general office requirements. 

Reporting directly to the Manager of Awareness and Advocacy some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing flyers for Arthritis Educator activities and placing ads in external media where authorised
  • Assisting the updating of promotional material such as fact sheets and brochures
  • Document formatting and proofing for Manager Awareness and Advocacy
  • Co-ordinating the compiling of Enews in the first week of the month
  • Compiling the Staff News bulletin in the second half of each month

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • General office administration experience
  • High level of computer technology competence
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & organisations databases

Additionally, experience using Wordpress and Mail Chimp an advantage

This position would suit someone who has a "Can-Do" attitude, flexible approach/adaptable, organised and able to multi-task as well as being a people person.
