They focus on providing specifically tailored services to meet each and every clients needs. They provide extensive training to their employees, supervision, weekly monitors and quality assurance measures to ensure their high service standards are kept. 

About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their company covering all areas of Sydney, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $90,000 Negotiable Base Salary between $75,000 and $90,000 + Superannuation + Commission and Bonuses.

The primary purpose of this position is to create, follow up, and close leads to secure new business opportunities for the company.

You will be working towards KPIs to grow the companies client base, through cold calls and follow up calls to hot leads, door knocking and generating appointments. Presenting the companies services to potential new customers, closing new deals and onboarding those new clients to ensure a successful longterm business relationship.

About You 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial cleaning industry, as well as:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A self-starter attitude to go out and source new clients
