About the Company
Our client is a community-owned not-for-profit aged care facility. After recently undergoing a large refurbishment they are looking for an additional registered nurse to join their supportive and empathetic team, who put the residence care first!
About the Opportunity
They are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their company in Yass Valley, NSW.
The primary purpose of this position is to establish and maintain adequate standards of resident care, managing acute on chronic conditions
within a safe and clean environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting any change in residents conditions to the appropriate personnel
- Supervising, assisting, and teaching other staff when necessary
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Experience working in Residential Aged Care
- A passion for assisting the elderly
- A Bachelor of Nursing
