About The Opportunity
They are looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join their business in Toowoomba, QLD.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide detailed and purposeful hair designs that customers will love. You will be passionate about hairdressing and creating masterpieces in accordance with the clients' desires.
Reporting directly to the Owner, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Create a warm and homely environment for each client
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with established colleagues
- Maintain a clean and inviting salon
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of Hairdressing experience
- Confidence in all facets of hairdressing and retail
- A Certificate 3 in Hairdressing
- A friendly and welcoming manner
- Great communication skills
- A high level of reliability and punctuality
- An openness to learn and develop
