Our client has been established for over a decade and offers innovative garden design, combined with practical project management, horticultural expertise, and first-class workmanship. Due to continued success, they need to expand their team even further with a Garden Maintenance Manager who will be running their own team looking after residential clients. 

About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Garden Maintenance Manager to join their company in Turramurra, NSW, with the potential to earn up to $65,000 + Super + a take-home vehicle, tools, uniform, phone, and iPad.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to lead their own team of 2, and be rewarded for your billed hours.

You can earn extra pay by growing your team, or teams, and eventually you may be able to get off the tools and manage your own teams. It is like running your own business within this business, without having to source jobs.

There is an admin team to assist and support with invoicing etc.

About You 

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position.

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Horticulturalist with your Cert 3 in Horticulture, although this isn't essential.

Additionally, you will have:

  • good hedging, pruning & trimming, planting and mulching experience
  • great knowledge of plants and pest and weed management
  • experience checking and repairing irrigation systems
  • good communication skills to build rapport with clients 
  • a current drivers licence
  • overall a good can-do attitude and you take pride in your work
