About the Opportunity

They are looking for a Client Services Officer to join their company in Docklands, VIC. 

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth implementation of advice for new and existing clients as a liaison between the adviser and the client and to provide client service support to the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documentation in preparation for client meetings
  • Organising and confirming client appointments and managing the adviser's diary
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders including Super Funds, investment platforms and Insurers
  • Providing ongoing day to day administration and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of Statements of Advice documentation for upcoming advice presentation meetings

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Microsoft Office & computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • A desire to progress within the industry 
  • Experience with X-plan would be desirable for this role
