About the Role
Our Caboolture Community Care service is currently seeking a part time Registered Nurse to join their friendly team.
Working within the Community Sector this role will see you utilize your clinical knowledge and skills and be responsible for the care of your clients in the areas of:
- Comprehensive assessments;
- Wound care;
- Medication management;
- Post acute care; and
- Chronic conditions management.
Additional accountabilities will include, but are not limited to, client case management; assessment, writing and review of client care plans; and referring and liaising with other care providers.
With an enthusiastic and compassionate nature, you will be well organised and confident to fulfil your daily duties whilst visiting clients within their home environment. We also require you to possess:
- Registered Nurse qualifications with current QNC registration;
- A current open Qld driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle; and
- A strong client focus.
To be successful you are required to hold and maintain a National Police Certificate at your expense or be eligible to receive one prior to commencing.
Experience within the community sector is highly desirable.
