About the Role
Our Brisbane North Community Care Service, based at Nundah, has an exciting opportunity for a full time Systems and Operations Coordinator to join their team. The Systems Operations Coordinator's major responsibility is to support the Service by coordinating, monitoring and improving daily operations of the branches.
The Systems and Operations Coordinator is also responsible for coordination of education, and business and quality improvement activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and may provide leave relief for the Manager.
Activities of the role include:
- Ensuring contemporary practice standards are implemented and maintained by the Service.
- Coordinating the administration and systems operations of the Service that support the delivery of service.
- Coordinating, the Administration Team of the Service.
- Contributing to monitoring processes for the financial performance of the Service. Coordinating the education and development activities within the Service.
- Collaborating with key staff in relation to continuous improvement activities and systems.
To be successful you will also need:
- Experience relevant to operational coordination within a community service;
- Ability to coordinate and provide appropriate team leadership and supervision;
- Demonstrated interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral);
- Possession of a current open driver's licence;
- Demonstrated ability to actively coordinate and contribute to education for team members and to Continuous Quality Improvement activities and systems review and operation;
- Advanced IT skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge of funding operational contract management;
- Working towards or in possession of business qualifications relevant to the position.
In addition you will be required to hold and maintain a current National Police Certificate at your expense or be eligible to receive one prior to commencing.
