Physiotherapist - Part Time

About the Position

The team at Metro South Community Services team are currently looking for a skilled Physiotherapist on a part time basis, up to 38 hours per week.  This diverse and rewarding community-based position would suit an experienced Physiotherapist who is keen to work in the non-profit sector.

The role’s overall purpose is to provide quality clinical physiotherapy service to our clients by providing highly specialist advice, education and support.  You will also actively participate in the Anglicare SQ allied health program to promote an integrated quality service to clients.

 

About You

Offering a collaborative approach and enthusiastic attitude, your skills and experience include:

  • Previous experience in a customer-centric role within the Aged Care or Community sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review personal client Physiotherapy services
  • Working alongside a team of health professionals to ensure maximum outcomes for clients and their families
  • The capacity to negotiate, prioritise and work autonomously in a challenging and busy role
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

You will have a full and robust understanding of quality processes and standards within a clinical setting, and maintain the following qualifications:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current, unrestricted Queensland Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle (usage will be reimbursed)
  • A National Police Certificate
  • A current First Aid Certificate with CPR (preferred)
