About the Role

Our compassionate and friendly team at Logan Community and Aged Care are seeking the skills of experienced part time Registered Nurses (2 positions available).  Working within our Community Sector, you will have a genuine desire to assist our clients and allow them to remain comfortable within their own home.

In the position you will utilise your clinical knowledge and skills and be responsible for the care of your clients in areas of:

  • Comprehensive assessments;
  • Palliative care;
  • Wound care;
  • Medication management; and
  • Post acute care.

Additional accountabilities will include client case management; assessment, writing and review of client care plans; and referring and liaising with other care providers.

We also require you to possess:

  • Registered Nurse qualifications;
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia;
  • National Police Certificate;
  • A current open Queensland drivers licence;
  • Access to your own vehicle; and
  • A strong client focus.
