Here at SDN we have our own casual list and we are always looking for new Early Childhood Assistants, Educators & Teachers to join us!
We have 24 Early Childhood Education & Care Centres across NSW and we also have 1 centre in Canberra, ACT. You will be able to choose the centres/locations that are suitable for you.
As a casual with SDN you will bring your passion for working with children to support our teams to provide quality education and care services in the cases of planned and unplanned absence. You will work with a team of dedicated educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).
About you
You will have:
- A Certificate III, a Diploma or a University qualification in early childhood education
- Working with Children Check (NSW) / Working with Vulnerable People Check (ACT)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Centre based work experience at your qualification level
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills

Erskineville, Glebe, Hurstville, Newtown, Waterloo, Marrickville, Milperra, Mosman, Crows Nest, Lidcombe Paddington, Pyrmont, Redfern, Riverwood, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo, Petersham, Ultimo. We also have centres in Batemans Bay, Lithgow, Bathurst & the ACT.
