  • early childhood intervention for children with disabilities

  • resources and mentoring for practitioners and other agencies
  • Aboriginal training and employment support.

About The Program

SDN has been selected by the government as one of the preferred providers to establish a transition phase for families of young children with disability. Our NDIS Service Team will consist of Early Childhood Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, and Psychologists to work as part our NDIS service that will provide services to children birth to 6 years with disability, and their families.

This role is a 6 months contract role with a view to extension till July 2018.  Working 1 day per week (preferably Tues or Wed) 7.6 hours or can be split over two days.

About You

  • Strong administration skills and an ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Effective relationship building / interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for accurate data entry
  • Experience maintaining and updating website content
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated active participation within a team environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office
