About the role:

As Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working within an established customer base in Queensland to grow sales and gross profit margins and build long-term and sustainable customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will include managing accounts within a specified territory, visiting all key customer and sales areas regularly while identifying key growth prospects and developing strategies to gain new business. You will actively pursue leads and prospects, qualifying their sales potential and ensure all new customers are successfully onboarded.

Remuneration for the position will be set commensurate with your experience, and will include a base salary, on target and stretch commission, as well as car and fuel allowance.


About you:

Our ideal team member is a results-oriented, highly driven, competitive, professional and relationship focused individual who is passionate about sales. Excellent multi-tasking ability, a team focused approach and strong communication and interpersonal skills will ensure your success. You will have 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management and/or business development within the packaging and industrial supplies industry. Tertiary/vocational qualifications in business, commerce, marketing or a related discipline is highly regarded. You will have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems, and have a current Australian driver’s license.
