About Our Role:
This position located in Karratha is essential to our success as it represents the vital point of contact between us and our clients. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- All enquiries and vehicle bookings
- Customer liaison
- Vehicle allocation
- Dispatch and receipt of vehicles
- Ensuring safety at all times
About You:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Committed to outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Proactive with “ownership” of seeing tasks through to completion
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Current manual driver’s licence
