Renowned for award winning fine food and wine, exceptional guest service, coupled with luxury accommodation, Spicers Clovelly Estate creates the perfect romantic wedding destination. As the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective sales, coordination and organisation of all weddings and events.
About You!
To be successful in this role you will require the ability to think quickly on your feet, develop rapport with guests easily and be highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail. In addition you will require the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience in wedding planning & coordination
- Experience working in fine dining or high end accommodation establishments
- Willingness to also work in the Front Office when required
- A genuine care for your guests and pride in your work
- Knowledge of fine food and wine
- Results driven and a passion for selling and achieving targets
- Immaculate presentation standards
- Commitment to provide 5 star service
- …and most importantly, a warm and accommodating nature with the willingness to go above and beyond
Given the property location a current drivers license and reliable personal transport is also necessary. Given the nature of this role, the ability to work weekends will be required.
