As an eco-certified retreat, Spicers Sangoma Retreat features sauna facilities, infinity lap pool, open plan lounge and suites that capture the beauty of the natural surrounds.
Situated within the retreat is the Sangoma Restaurant that provides our in-house guests with an intimate and relaxed fine dining experience. Our ever-changing menu is inspired by fresh, organic, seasonal produce sourced locally from farmers and producers within our community. Our kitchen team believes in hearty food, full of flavour, colour and a touch of spice. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis.
About You!
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic, consistent and hands-on chef. You will have confidence in your culinary skill set but also the willingness to take feedback and try new things. Your responsibility will be for the delivery of all food experiences for the property including: restaurant; bar; in-room dining; functions and events.
