Recently awarded two Chef Hats, The Peak restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Junior Sous Chef to work on a full-time basis. Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will play an integral role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
About You
Apart from your contagious passion for cooking, your willingness to learn and your commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience, to be successful in this role you will have:
- Qualifications in commercial cookery
- Solid experience working in a similar restaurant environment
- Good eye for detail and pride in what you plate and present
- Ability to follow direction yet still work autonomously when needed
- A desire to grow in your role and within our organisation
- You will require a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep up with our young and fast paced team
