TechnologyOne's Application Managed Services (AMS) has a tremendous pipeline of growth. Our Team are looking for individuals who have configuration software experience using our Financials product to help more organisations implement a product that transforms their business.
As an AMS Consultant, you will use your configuration experience from the TechnologyOne Financial product to work with businesses and organisations to implement and and/or provide advice on new functionality available to them. You will understand their needs, provide customer focused advice and communication, work as a trusted partner and product expert for TechnologyOne's Financial product.
What are we looking for?
- Significant demonstrated TechnologyOne Financial product configuration experience or significant end user product experience
- Ability to apply your knowledge on TechnologyOne software Financials product
- Use your flair and attention to detail to help customers enhance and stay at the forefront of our software technology
- Being known as a Super User, providing advice to others on TechnologyOne products, UAT testing or similar
- Background in delivering projects and implementation of TechnologyOne products
- A customer focused approach to delivery and a passion to build a trusted partnership with customers
- Ability to take ownership for customer issues and actively work with internal teams to find resolutions and deliver outcomes
- An ability to be Proactive, Dynamic and Flexible in your approach to your work
- A great communicator who is thoughtful and clear with their communication regardless of how it’s delivered
- You need to be solution focused with a strong ability to develop good relationships and manage customer expectations
