About you

Your energy and creativity will be a great asset to our Marketing and Community Team. You are eternally curious and eager to learn ways to bring what you have learnt at Uni to life by working as a key part of a busy Marketing function.

You possess great digital fluency, are dedicated to process improvement and have superb attention to detail. You’ll need to be super organised, love detail and be a brilliant communicator who is either in the final stages of your Uni degree or a recent graduate looking for a fabulous opportunity.


The impact you could make

 In this Full-Time, 24 Month Contract role, you will be responsible for actively supporting a variety of Marketing and Community functions within a diverse team and across multiple brands

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team to implement marketing campaigns
  • Collating and understanding data to support Marketing activities
  • Keeping the Marketing department humming through great office management
  • Keeping our Head of Marketing and Community organised
  • Stationery, collateral and promotional merchandise purchasing and management
  • Taking the lead on running our great member and stakeholder events
  • Keeping our paper based and electronic records/documents, file structures and document standards on track
  • Managing departmental invoicing, gift card process and budget tracking
  • Liaising with external suppliers and customers including attending events as a representative of TUH/Union Health, requiring a detailed understanding of our product suite
  • Digital administration duties including routine website and social media maintenance
  • Collection and collation of marketing intelligence data from our CRM and other internal and external systems to assist with departmental analytics
  • Document formatting, PowerPoint presentation development, rudimentary level InDesign
