About you

You're experienced in a wide range of Marketing activation tasks including managing online presence, responding to enquiries and furnishing a space to promote campaigns and build brand awareness. You love to let your creative side run wild and use that to your advantage in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You're highly personable with a real talent for curating quality partner relationships through comprehensive market knowledge and efficient campaign execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple assignments, adapting quickly to changes in the environment.

Experience in marketing activation and relationship management is desirable as is clinical literacy.

 

 

The impact you could make

In this part-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the activation of effective relationship management, growth and retention campaigns for our Health Hub which is a valued service of TUH members. Our Health Hub is a large provider of Dental, Optical and other health services and you will work closely with the Health Hub team to bring the brand to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and curating robust growth pipelines for the Health Hub
  • Managing a portfolio of relationships
  • Designing and developing dynamic partnership proposals that motivate partners and drive patient growth
  • Collecting market and competitor data to assist with design and execution of marketing initiatives, identifying relevant analytics that are valid, reliable and actionable
  • Completing end-to-end campaign activation, including administrative duties
  • Developing and maintaining strong communication channels between departments within the organisation to improve customer relations
  • Supporting Marketing Specialists to develop and deliver unique partner interactions, resulting in insightful reporting to inform future strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Adding value through event attendance and public speaking on behalf of the Health Hub as require
