About you

You're an expert in building loyal relationships and nurturing quality lead pipelines in a highly competitive market with a strong focus on growing brand awareness and member base. You love to collaborate with your team and other teams within the organisation to bring strategic goals to fruition. With your charm comes a knack for quickly building rapport while energising and supporting your clients in endorsing the brand and increasing awareness.

The role is primarily focused on building and maintaining relationships via virtual/remote channels but you will also be required on occasion, to attend community events and give product presentations. You will love the excitement, variety, pace and interaction of this fresh new role.


The impact you could make

In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for building robust lead pipelines, advocacy and regional partner relationships in order to help bring the growth goals for both TUH and Union Health to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a virtual portfolio of advocates and select regional stakeholders to engage and support them in growing a robust and quality pipeline of leads for the Contact Centre
  • Researching Private Health Insurance market products, trends and conditions to inform decision-making 
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies and projects to increase and maintain membership growth
  • Developing and maintaining strong communication channels between teams to continually improve customer relations
  • Providing back-up to the Contact Centre during peak periods as well as attending conferences and other offsite duties as required
  • Adding value to all three brands through event attendance and public speaking with the goal of building a robust lead pipeline
