The Impact You Could Make
Reporting directly to the ICT Services Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, design and process mapping, as well as all documentation and implementation associated with new business solutions.
Additionally, identifying process improvements associated with projects and a wider Business Process Improvement program to support our strategic and operational plans.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You
To be successful in this role, you will have over 3 years’ experience within project management and business analysis/process improvement.
You are an adaptable self-starter who is able to manage risk and ensure the quality and accuracy for all solutions implemented. An effective change manager, you will use your proven leadership ability to engage with stakeholders and take them on the change journey.
You will lead by example, consistently demonstrating an outstanding customer and results-focused approach. Utilising your well-developed project management skills, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management and will have the ability to gather clear business requirements in complex operational environments.
Previous experience in, or knowledge of the private health insurance industry will be highly regarded, along with experience in Promapp, HAMBS or e5 applications.
