About the Opportunity
NSW CPAP now has an opportunity for a customer service focused Retail Assistant to join their retail store at Bondi Junction on a full-time basis. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, with the occasional, rostered Saturday morning.
As a Retail Assistant you will be providing a personalised service to customers to assist them in the trial and/or purchase of CPAP machines and associated products. This will be done both face-to-face with people who walk in to the store, as well as handling phone, email and online enquiries.

No prior knowledge of CPAP equipment is necessary in this position, as full training will be provided. All we ask is that you have:
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail, customer service, or sales-based role;
- A strong customer service focus;
- Active listening skills and the ability to respond quickly to, and find solutions for, customer concerns and issues; and
- A personable and compassionate nature, with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task as required.
This role would be well-suited to someone already working within the health industry and/or a retail sales professional looking to grow and learn within a new and growing industry.
