About the Opportunities
Due to rapid growth within the Global market, Buildingsense has an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a Project Services Manager to join their team based in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the VP of Global Operations, you will be primarily responsible for project management, delivery and commissioning systems for some of their largest clients and third-party partners. This is a hands-on role where you will be on site, driving and project managing complex BMS and Mechanical-electrical implementations.
This will be achieved by successful deployment of the Integrated Buildingsense - Sauter and the BuildingIQ 5i platform, delivering proper client management and coordination through the implementation and ongoing operation of the technology.

Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidates will need to have sufficient Project Management and Field Deployment experience in addition to tertiary qualifications in related engineering and/or business field. You will also have knowledge or experience working with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, Microsoft Project and BACnet and/or OPC communication protocols.
Experience or sound understanding in Energy Engineering/Operations, Consulting, Building controls installation and/or building operations would also be considered.
Buildingsense is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have strong problem solving and analytical skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills. You will be passionate about providing high-quality service and be competent in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and creative environment.
About the Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an attractive remuneration will be circa $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with skills and experience) plus super.
