How you'll make a difference … 

You’ll lead several Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation projects that will transform our customer’s lives and their business. 

You will focus on key projects to achieve deliverables, through best practice project management. By collaborating with stakeholders and creating a customer-focused workplace culture, you will translate solutions into actions. You’ll challenge our way of work and drive software enhancements as we strive for continuous improvement. 

 

What you'll be doing … 

  • Perform project delivery excellence, guaranteeing successful outcomes and software implementation for our customers 
  • Partner with customers to understand their business and develop strategies that ensure success throughout the customer journey. 
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, opportunities, and insight 
  • Contribute to a positive working environment including actively participates in team and organisational initiatives  
  • Establish and maintain engagement with key stakeholders, including negotiating commitments/ milestones and effectively managing complex matters  
  • Engage with Product and Industry teams to provide feedback and contribute to the continued evolution of our products and solutions. 

 

Your talents … 

  • Expert project management and strong vendor experience. Including, managing multiple coinciding programs  
  • Strong experience with ERP Software enabled projects 
  • Proven track record of successful revenue generation 
  • Strong presentation skills and impeccable communication skills 
  • Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments 
  • Ability to develop collaborative and professional relationships  
  • Project management qualifications are desirable
