About the Opportunities

Knauf Australia now has exciting opportunities for Plant Graduate Engineers to join the teams based in Altona, VIC, Matraville, NSW and Bundaberg, QLD on a full-time basis. 

These opportunities are development based project roles incorporating all facets of the Operation. The candidates are expected to take a deep dive and deliver improvement projects and tasks from conception through to realisation.

Who is Knauf Looking For?

To be successful in this position, you will have a relevant degree based on the location you are interested in:

Altona - Electrical Engineering 

Matraville - Process or Industrial Engineering 

Bundaberg - Chemical Engineering or Material Science 

You will have the ability to understand the process of manufacturing plasterboard and comprehend continuous improvement principles and tools like structure problem solving/standard work and error proofing. Your drive and commitment in all aspects of your life will be what sets you apart from other candidates.

Important qualities include strong written and verbal communication expertise, good planning and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
