About the Opportunity
OSS World Wide Movers now has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team in Kings Park, Sydney, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will see you taking care of the process from responding to initial sales leads, contacting clients and establishing their needs, gaining their trust and getting them over the line.
This is NOT a cold calling sales role. You will be provided with initial enquiries and work with clients to get a thorough understanding of their requirements and budget and then offer them a tailored bundle of OSS services.
Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Consultant role include, but will not be limited to:
- Meeting with the Sales team to discuss pipelines, targets and current opportunities;
- Providing quality customer service;
- Making between 30-50 calls a day as a follow-up to initial enquiries; and
- Liaising with moving crews, international partners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the relocation are conducted efficiently and effectively.
About You
OSS is looking for a sales superstar, in particular someone who is hungry and competitive with great time management skills.
You will have the ability to work in a KPI, fast paced and driven environment and can hit the ground running. OSS is open to talking to people from an experienced sales background with a proven track record.
Knowledge of the international moving or interstate moving industry would be highly regarded.
