About the Opportunity

Mediquip has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their supportive team. This full-time role is based at Loganholme, on Brisbane's Southside. 

This is an integral role in a fast paced team contributing to the achievements of sales growth and customer service. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Assisting customers with products enquiries via both phone and online;
  • Inputting a high level of sales orders;
  • Preparing and/or editing quotes and proposals as required by the sales team;
  • Providing support to the sales team;
  • Following up on sales quotes and opportunity lists on a regular basis; and
  • Providing back-up support to the receptionist to ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly.

This role is in a specialised and customer focused Medical, Veterinary and Dental Industry. 

About You

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience in a a busy customer service and sales role. Experience in the Medical, Veterinary or Dental industry would be highly regarded.

You will have the ability to learn quickly about different products and what they do as well as have the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, think on your feet and problem solve. Additionally, you will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 

A positive, proactive attitude will go a long way toward your success, including initiative and a willingness to jump into any task at hand. Competency in the use of computer systems will also be key.

In addition to the above, you will also need to be a friendly and personable individual with highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience with Pronto ERP and working with CRM databases would be an advantage.
