About the Opportunity

Due to changing business needs, inTouch currently has a newly-created opportunity for a Team Leader Corporate Services to join their innovate and driven organisation in Richmond, VIC on a full-time ongoing basis. 

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous quality improvement, risk management and change across the organisation, in alignment with accreditation standards, internal policies, procedures and relevant frameworks.

More specifically, you will oversee a transformative approach to business operations, IT, IR, Risk including OH&S, Compliance, Quality and Accreditation.

Some of your key duties will include, but will not be confined to:

  • Ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures and integrity of corporate systems from the viewpoint of risk and quality;
  • Supporting inTouch’s risk management and assessment process, including periodic risk review, business continuity and crisis management, and leading risk mitigation strategies;
  • Leading the ‘Accreditation’ process and the quality improvement initiatives, including internal committees;
  • Supervising and managing inTouch’s facilities including office maintenance, real estate agreements, and management of works;
  • Contributing to the work of inTouch more broadly through the provision of specialist advice/consultation on relevant projects.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have demonstrable experience in both project management and change implementation, with relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Administration.

In an important strategic position intersecting across all facets of the organisation, you will need to be a confident internal communicator and influential decision-maker, with an ability to navigate difficult conversations and engage staff directly to maintain organisation-wide support for change processes.

Moreover, as a leading operations function within an organisation positioned directly within the community sector, your in-depth understanding of accreditation, risk and compliance, and ability to ensure that inTouch upholds its requirements and standards in this space, will be crucial to your success. Please note that previous community sector experience is not a direct requirement of the role, provided you are willing to uphold the values of inTouch as a multicultural organisation.

Furthermore, with leadership experience and a background in project management, you will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities concurrently, while leading a small operations team and taking over the corporate services and transformative change functions.
