About the Organisation
CCD Electrical is a locally-owned electrical contracting business based in Darwin. The close knit and highly qualified CCD team pride themselves on delivering electrical contracting services to industrial and commercial clients that are of the highest standard and built to last in the harshest conditions. Well-established and with a strong reputation for quality, they work closely with the NT PowerWater Corporation, servicing their water and sewer pump stations throughout the Northern Territory.
About the Opportunity
With great ongoing growth and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, CCD Electrical is currently looking for full time A-Grade Electricians to join their friendly team on a casual to permanent full-time basis.
Working in Darwin and remote communities across the NT, including regular travel and overnight stays (typically returning for weekends), you'll be performing a variety of electrical installation and maintenance duties, typically in the industrial, construction and mining sectors.
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Conducting general installations and repairs for industrial and commercial customers;
- Building control panels and rewiring existing control panels;
- Installing telemetry systems;
- Repairing and maintaining Sewer and Water control systems;
- Wiring of PLC’s, Flow meters and Variable Frequency Drives;
- Installation of cable ladder and support systems; and
- Installation of underground conduits and cables.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a current A Grade Electrical Licence and strong experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of control boards and control systems, preferably within the Water and Wastewater industry.

Please note, you will need:
- A current C Class Driver's Licence
- A current construction white card
- Any additional tickets or licenses, including Instrumentation, Working at Heights, EWP or Confined Spaces would be an advantage.
