Employee Testimonials

Ryan Craft, Associate

"I like working at Sharpe & Abel because they make decisions based on numbers and logic; are agile; and value quality over form in the workplace. There has always been a focus at Sharpe & Abel for reaching goals and making decisions based on how the numbers shake out. They try their hardest to eliminate bias and emphasise the logical approach in every part of the business. Sharpe & Abel turns that logical approach into agile action by identifying the newest and best aspects of modern business, not just law firms. This includes everything from cutting data analysis from an in-house mathematician to practically exclusive use of cloud-based software. I love this modern approach because it means if needed I can work in my pyjamas at home with full support. In fact, Sharpe & Abel wouldn’t even care if I turned up to the office in my pyjamas – because they value doing great work above all else and that’s something I love."

"The top three reasons I like working at S&A:

- What is valued is your work; there is no premium placed on showing off / making the boss take note that you are working.
- You get to work on a variety of matters, from simple to complex. You are given autonomy and where required, guidance and support.
- You are surrounded by intelligent people you can have a good conversation with."
