The Role

We're looking for an experienced full-time Account Executive (AE) to join the team at our Brisbane HQ.

Ultimately, you'll be responsible for securing new business. You'll reach out and engage directly with decision-makers in diverse organisations to uncover talent acquisition / recruitment goals and opportunities. You'll then present the best SaaS product and service solutions to meet their needs. 

Your outreach is made efficient by our team of Lead Generation Specialists while our Marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams deliver qualified opportunities to supplement your efforts. 

You'll also be given a portfolio of existing SaaS clients to manage, developing strong relationships, optimising software usage and ultimately securing renewals. 

Success relies on your ability to:

  • Build credibility as a trusted advisor to influence buying decisions
  • Partner with internal specialists to drive additional value
  • Needs-based sell offering genuine value vs. technical functionality
  • Generate pipeline and manage the sales cycle to achieve closed sales revenue
  • Maintain client satisfaction as their internal advocate
  • Prioritise your time across existing accounts and new business
  • Adapt to change as part of an ever-growing sales organisation

About You

Desirable attributes and experience of our next Scout Talent Account Executive...

  • Outbound sales to senior decision-makers with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
  • An understanding of SaaS platforms and sales cycle
  • A background in recruitment, people and culture
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and credibility with existing clients to achieve cross-sell, up-sell and retention targets
  • Enthusiastic, with a desire to have fun as strong as your work ethic
