About the Opportunity
St Carthage's Community Care currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic full-time Receptionist to join their dedicated team in Lismore, NSW.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be providing a welcoming environment to clients, carers, visitors and staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all enquiries are either resolved or escalated as required for a prompt resolution.
More specifically, some of your key duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Collecting and processing client payments;
- Providing general information in response to walk-in enquiries and refer to appropriate internal stakeholders when required;
- Facilitating client and staff feedback;
- Escalating client concerns and queries to the relevant team leader / manager as required; and
- Preparing documentation for internal and external events, such as preparing clients folders

About You
To be successful, you will need to have at least a Certificate II in Business Administration or extensive demonstrated experience in an administrative/reception role with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and within a team environment and will display effective time management skills ensuring your ability to plan and organise your work to achieve organisational objectives.
Additionally, you will need to be computer literate in a Windows environment, particularly in client management software, word processing, spreadsheets and desktop publishing.
