Located in the heart of Sydney Harbour, they are Sydney's only totally integrated marine precinct, offering a range of services including servicing, maintenance, fuel facilities and dry stack boat storage.
About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Customer Success Officer to join the White Bay 6 Marine team on a full-time basis.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will primarily be responsible for performing customer service and administrative duties in conjunction with performing sales components such as meeting monthly targets, issuing quotes and invoicing.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the sales, quoting, and co-ordination of vessel maintenance services offered by White Bay 6 Marine Park;
- Acting as the liaison between customers and the Marine Service Yard; and
- Providing administrative and reporting services to the Boat Storage and Marine Service Yard as required.
About You
As a significant portion of this role involves customer liaison, you will need to be a charismatic, patient and personable individual with a demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service outcomes. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information to customers in an articulate and concise manner.
Critical to your success in this role will be a keen attention to detail, particularly in relation to invoicing and scheduling of work. You will be process driven with strong administrative skills and have sound IT capability.
Finally, White Bay 6 is looking for a personable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and help where needed to get the job done.
